Refund policy

As our products are made to order, in most cases we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your order please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us,  provide your order number, a photo of the product and its issue, as well as the description of the issue with the product. We will get these issues taken care of as soon as possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
